WM Frank made in chicago silver tenor

I found an older (probably late 30's or 40's) tenor at a garage sale for $70. The bell says "WM Frank Co,
Chicago, IL. Paramount Artist" The bell keys are on the left side when playing which dates it at this time period. I can ony match the serial number to a Martin list. I am wondering if anyone has seen anything on this horn? I did discover that WM Frank used to be employed at the Holton horn company before starting his own manufacturing in Chicago. That they also made brass instruments. My other question is would it be worth investing up to $500. in repads, etc. for this horn? The body, etc. appears in great shape.

Lucky find
by: Cosmo USA

The maker of the horn is not familiar to me. Thirty-five years ago I found myself a treasure of old horns in the Marine Band system that did not play. I spent numerous hours resurecting horns that dated back to the 40's and 50's. It would be an outstanding investment to spend as little as 500 bucks to give an old horn a new life. Think of all of the spirits you would give a new home. Cosmo
