It's very likely a 1937 model. The Indiana's carried the Indiana Band Instrument Co logo from 1928 when Martin established the company till WWII.
With the factory switching to war production, Martin dropped the IBICO label and horns after 1942 carried the 'Indiana by Martin'. The Indiana line of saxophones, trombones, trumpets, and cornets were not listed on the same serialnumber ledger as the premium Martin models. The correct ledger can be found on TheMartinStory.net as well as Horn-u-copia.
