What happened to my low register?

I cleaned my sax the other day and left it sit in the case for overnight. The next day I began to practice but when I got into the low register only my low C would play. C# and notes below the c wont play. What happened to my low register?

Check and make sure that the rods are in alignment. Also, check to see if a spring is out of place.
