switching to sax from trumpet,

hi,I have been playing trumpet for the past five years. i love it so much that i will like to play it for the rest of my life time. tell me, does playing trumpet have any adverse health implication especially at old age?

secondly,i have problem holding my breath for long and it's affecting my sound production, how do i go about overcoming it.
