Saxophone Low G, A, and high C

My low G and A wont play very well it is an alto saxophone a brand new Bundy, what is wrong? Everything is new, even the reed, i think it just needs to be broken in but is this true?

Adjust the keys

Take your sax to a qualified repairman. One more of your keys may be out of adjustment and leaking air. Even new saxophones sometimes need to be adjusted before being played.
