Sorry ,I never heard of it. If it is extremely cheap ,it is probably a Chinese manufactured horn , Ok for a begginer,ONLY .
Buy a Yamaha model 23 , from a private dealer , Have a teacher -pro player helpm you find an instrument . Pay the teacher appox,$35 to help you . You will end not losing ,if she stops playing in one year later and you need to sell it . , Murray in L.A. 626-818-2251 gvt_mm@sbcglobal.net
