How can you reduce or prevent the awful and annoying gurgling sound caused by excessive water droplets within the mouthpiece?

First I should say that I'm a professional classical saxophonist so I kinda know what I'm talking about. It sounds gross but you just gotta suck the spit out of your mouthpiece.

That's really all there is to it. Sorry but you gotta do what ya gotta do as a saxophonist.
