Please help!!!Conn saxophone, What do i have?

I am an owner of a very? old CONN saxophone. Looks nearly like new.! For a long time i wonder what i had in hands. The problem is i dont know what kind of saxophone this is.What it is called ,how old ,any value .I cant find pictures anywhere on net of this exactly model. The omly marking is : Made in USA CONN C57201

Hmmm...according to the ser# lists this is a 1963ish Conn...which makes it a model 6M ? unfortunately if that is correct it is well past the glory years of Conn. Best to take it to a shop and get it evaluated or send closeup pics
