hi,
I am very different i only have nine fingers and i was wondering if i would be able to play the sax?

well it depends on where ur missing ur finger because the right hand thumb is the only finger not doing nothing but in the same time its holding the sax up

Of course it is possible. There may be some notes you can't get depending on what finger you're missing, but playing style can be adjusted to suit your needs. The most disastrous finger to be missing would be your left thumb as it operates the octave key but if you are really really loaded you could probably get a sax specially made for you!
