OPUS USA BRAND OF INSTRUMENTS

I JUST BOUGHT A SOPRANO ON EBAY THE BRAND OPUS USA. IVE LOOKED INTO IT AND FOUND SOME PEOPLE KNOCKING ON IT. CAN IT BE THAT BAD FOR A BEGINER AS MYSELF. AND WOULD IT BE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY TO BUY A HIGHER PRICED MOUTH PIECE?

My girls thought they would bless me and get me a soprano horn for my birthday. I have always wanted one but I don't play enough to warrent the cost. Anyway, the horn they bought turns out to be an OPUS USA purchased on eBay. As the girls do not have alot of money, I knew this was the one. $229 delivered. I did not know that until today. I played it in church last Sunday and it seemed to perform fine. It stayed in tune and produced good tone. I'm looking forward to see what it will do with the Rico Metalite mouthpiece that I ordered for it. I would say that for the hobbiest, this horn ain't bad and not a waste of money.
