middle g gets pitchy - tenor saxophone

Am 46 and just started playing the Tenor Saxophone. I try to practice 1 hour a day but 45 min.s in my middle G gets very pitchy & can't play it. Tried on different sax & same thing. Is this because my emboucher need to be stregnthen or is it something else

hi u need to keep practice up it will strenghten your lips and your throat and things will improve as the old saying goes
