It's a Yamaha

A vito alto sax is actually a Yamaha YAS32 rebadged. Yamaha made the altos for VITO (or Leblanc) and vito made the bass clarinets for Yamaha for a while.
A Vito is usually cheaper than a Yamaha so can be quite a good buy.
