How can I identify the model of a Conn alto?

by Peter Campbell

I have owned a Conn alto for many years but have never bothered to try and identify the model. It was made according to the engraving on the bell specifically for sale by the Lafleur Company of Denman Street in London in 1914. It is generally in nice shape but has a small ding on the bell and three other insignificant ones on the neck. It needs re-padding and one new spring but is still in its original lacquer as far as I can tell. Can anyone help me in identifying the model? Thanks in expectation.
