Holton Saxaphone

I purchased a Frank Holton (wis) saxaphone 12200 series in 1984 for my son. Some wanted to desperately buy this sax from me. I chose to keep it.

Is this Sax of any significance? Is it worth more than the $30.00 i paid for it.
