German Antique Saxophone

Hi! I have an antique saxophone of big size, 32" top to bottom. There is no manufacturer mark, just marked Germany and # 34451. It looks good and absolutely functional, just have few very small dings and the main problem is the color, gold needs to be restored or cleaned.
i have no idea about saxophones, so probably anybody could tell me what it is?
