Alto tenor difference
by: Anonymous

the easiest way to differentiate between the two is the shape of the neck. The alto has a straight neck, where as the tenor sax has a neck with a top curve.

The Difference
by: Ellie

As someone else has previously answered, the Tenor has a curved neck, where the Alto does not. The Tenor Saxophone is considerably larger than the Alto and is set in a lower key.
