The serial number is 4004685. Please advise the date and place of manufacture

It's a more recent instrument probably around 1985ish I think. Design is based on the Couf/Keilwerth Design from Germany. Should include Rolled Toneholes, High Fsharp and detachable bell, am I right?

Can you advise me on what is the length in mm from the neck octave hole to the blowing end of the neck? I have the same sax and I want to make sure my neck has not been altered... thanks
