Low notes and a Bari
by: Cosmo

You should be able to at least hit low C. B and Bb are a little tougher because it takes alot of wind to fill that bell up. Find a repairman to drop a regulation lite down the main body. You will find the right hand side keys not sealing properly will create a breach in the bell pads. Drop the lite down the bell in a dark room. You should see where any seal probs are. Also it might be dry rot because all of the shit, sorry I meant spit, beer, food and sweat end up at the bottom of the horn. There are no spit vavles on Saxophones.

Playing low bari sax notes
by: Harry

yes, drop jaw and maintain embouchure. Also,
thing of the syllable ahhhh with open throat as
the lower you go on sax, the more open throat
has to be to compensate for more air to produce
low notes. Last but not least, use your dia-
phram muscles to push air in.

P.S. to low bari notes
by: Harry

P.S.

As a new player, you might not only have to get
use to bari sax, but experiement with mouthpieces
and reeds as well as get check up. Practice
excercises that feature exclusively low notes.
