Armstrong or Bundy 2 Saxophone

I am looking at 2 used saxophones. One is an Armstrong the other is a Bundy 2. Which would you recommend?

The Bundy II
by: Anonymous

I recommend the Bundy II. It is a good beginners sax and also the first sax I played when I began some 18 years ago. Bundy is a brand of Selmer which is one of the best there is. I'd never purchase an instrument without having first played it, so I highly recommend trying them both out and then making your decision from there. Also, the mouthpiece/ligature/reed combo makes a huge difference. I got some great advice from a question I posted last week, "If Money Was No Object... what is the best alto sax/mouthpiece/ligature/reed combo?", so check it out.

Bundy2

I would go with the bundy 2. I have purchased one recently and I really love it. Make sure that the sax has a padded neck strap.
